1. All reservations must be 100% prepaid upon confirmation and prior to guest arrival.

Cancelation Policy

1. Cancelation of bookings done between 35 to 19 days prior to arrival will incur a 55% charge on the room rate for the entire stay.
2. Cancelation of bookings done between 18 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a 80% charge on the room rate for the entire stay.
3. Cancelation of bookings done between 7 to 0 days prior to arrival, and in case of a NO-SHOW, will incur a 100% charge on the room rate for the entire stay.

Children and Extra Beds

Child Policy

1. Baby cots can be accommodated in all rooms at no additional cost for infants up to 4 years of age.
2. Children 5-11 years sharing with an adult(s) pay 50% of the adult per person sharing rate.
3. Children 5-11 years in own room pay 75% of the applicable room rate.

Extra Bed Policy

1. Adult extra bed will be provided at 75% of the per person sharing rate.
