Sarova Mara Game Camp

Sarova Mara is located in the heart of the Maasai Mara National Reserve surrounded by rolling plains teeming with wildebeest, gazelles and zebras during the migration months. By virtue of its location and layout, the camp offers an unparalleled plethora of activities and experiences including and not limited to luxury tented living, bird-watching, sport-fishing, mini-golf and a unique experience of the Maasai culture through Maasai village visits.

Prepayment/Cancelation

Prepayment

1. A 20% non-refundable deposit should be paid 7 days after confirmation to reserve the booking.
2. Balances should be settled 19 days prior to the trip date during low season, 45 days prior to the trip date during high season and 55 days prior to the trip date during peak season.

Cancelation

Low Season (1st November to 22nd December & 1st April to 15th June, excluding Easter)

1. 40-19 days prior to arrival; 20% cancelation fee.
2. 18-7 days prior to arrival; 38% cancelation fee.
3. 6-0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancelation fee.

High Season (3rd January to 31st March; Easter; 16th June to 15th July & 16th September to 31st October)

1. 55-45 days prior to arrival; 20% cancelation fee.
2. 44-25 days prior to arrival; 38% cancelation fee.
3. 24-0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancelation fee.

Peak Season (16th July to 15th September & 23rd December to 2nd January)

1. 65-55 days prior to arrival; 20% cancelation fee.
2. 54-35 days prior to arrival; 38% cancelation fee.
3. 34-0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancelation fee.

Children and Extra Beds

Child Policy

1. Sarova Mara Camp is open to all ages of children.
2. Children of up to 6 years old sharing with 1 or 2 paying adults are accommodated FOC (maximum of 2 children per room).
3. Child(ren) aged 7-12 years old sharing with 1 or 2 paying adults are accommodated FOC for one child only. Each additional child pays 15% of the applicable single room rate.
4. Child aged 13-17 years old sharing with 1 or 2 paying adults; each child pays 25% of the applicable single room rate.
5. Children staying in their own room pay 80% of the double/single/triple rate depending on occupancy.
