- More than 125 days prior to arrival; 15% deposit is refunded nett all transaction costs.
- 124-50 days prior to arrival; 15% cancelation fee.
- 49-30 days prior to arrival; 40% cancelation fee.
- 29-0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancelation fee.

Child Policy
- Children under 8 years will be accommodated upon request only and pay 50% while sharing with adult(s).
- Children aged 8-12 years old sharing with 1 or 2 paying adults pay 35% of the adult rate.
