- A 25% non-refundable deposit should be paid 35 days prior to the trip date.
- Balances should be settled 65 days prior to the trip date.

- More than 65 days prior to arrival; 25% cancelation fee.
- 64-36 days prior to arrival; 55% cancelation fee.
- 35-0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancelation fee.

- Matemwe beach house allows children as it is booked on a fully exclusive basis.
Season Closure
- Matmwe is closed 1st April to 31st May every year.
