- Full payment should be received at least 12 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancelation Policy
- Bookings canceled within 30 to 14 days prior to the arrival date incur a 50% charge to the booking.
- Bookings canceled within 13 to 3 days prior to the arrival date incur a 75% charge to the booking.
- Bookings canceled within 48 hours and in case of a NO-SHOW incur a 100% charge to the booking.
Children and Extra Beds
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years in a baby cot sharing a room with an adult(s) stay Free Of Charge.
- Children 5-11 years sharing a room with adults in separate beds will be charged 50% of the per adult rate up to a maximum of 2 children.
- Children 5 to 11 years staying in a separate room will be charged 75% of the applicable room rate with a maximum of 2 children per room.
- Unaccompanied minors cannot be checked-in without express consent from parent/guardian and in writing.
- Children above 12 years old are to be charged like adult.
