1. A non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid upon booking in order to confirm and guarantee the reservation.
2. The balance of payment must be settled no more than 25 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancelation Policy

1. Cancelation of bookings made more than 65 days prior to the arrival date incur a 25% charge to the booking.
2. Cancelation of bookings made 65 to 36 days prior to the arrival date incur a 50% charge to the booking.
3. Cancelation of bookings made 34 to 26 days prior to the arrival date incur a 60% charge to the booking.
4. Cancelation of bookings made 25 to 19 days prior to the arrival date incur an 80% charge to the booking.
5. Cancelation of bookings made 18 days or less and NO-SHOWS incur a 100% charge to the booking.
