Awali villa is a 3-bedroom modern holiday home accommodating a maximum 6 pax in 3 double beds, with a view across the course to the sea. The house is located within Awali Estate, a gated community within Vipingo, neighbouring the famed Vipingo Ridge. The estate is at least 4km to Kuruwitu beach access where guests can revel by the sea.

Guests of this Awali holiday home unit specifically, will enjoy access to Vipingo Ridge, courtesy of the host's membership (subject to availability). The minimum stay per booking is 2 Nights during off-peak seasons; 3 Nights over Easter period and 5 Nights' over the Christmas period.

The home is offered on self-catering basis but a chef can also be provided in the event the guests would love to enjoy a home-cooked meal, at an additional cost (subject to availability). Awali Villa is accessible via road (40km from Fort Jesus, Mombasa) and via flight on FlyALS, which operates daily scheduled flights from Nairobi.

Cancelation Policy

1. A 15% charge of the total invoice (Aisanguyan Agency Fee) will be deducted.
2. The host's cancelation policy will take effect nett of this amount, nett of all bank charges.
